  4. Annual Report of Management Committee- (President)
  5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members

The Presiding Officer declares all positions vacant and vacates the chair so Returning Officer can conduct the election.

  1. Notice of Motion – New Life Members

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by the February Club Night.
